Terms
A clear agreement. Before a clear-out. Effective 8 October 2026. These terms cover spacerecover for Mac and iPhone and its subscription service. The seller is Hoolio Devs Limited, 203 Pius Anyim Street, Wuye, Abuja, Nigeria. Contact us at spacebackapp@gmail.com. The plan, price and these terms are available for review before payment. What the product does spacerecover helps you inspect permitted storage, review photo alternatives, compress supported videos and approve selected cleanup actions. Recommendations are evidence for your review. Age, size, similarity, blur or a likely blink does not establish that a file has no value. Compatibility depends on the released platform, format and permission support. Marketing illustrations do not establish savings on your device. Your decisions and recovery Review selected content, removal reasons, destination and recovery method before continuing. Keep the copies you need and verify retained originals before removing their source. Trash, Recently Deleted, retained originals and regenerable caches behave differently. Permanent deletion without another copy cannot be reversed through spacerecover. Deleting synced Photos items can affect iCloud and other devices. Lossy video conversion can change quality and media properties; review the smaller copy and any format limitations before replacement. Local and paired processing You authorize access through platform permissions and the actions you choose. Pair only with a trusted computer. Network loss, sleep, app termination or insufficient temporary space can interrupt transfers and processing. Reconcile incomplete jobs before removing source content. Free scan and subscriptions The Mac scan and findings can be reviewed without subscribing. A configured production Mac app requires an active entitlement for paid cleanup, photo-review and video-conversion actions. Single covers one Mac installation. Family covers up to six Mac installations. The iPhone companion is included and does not initiate external checkout. New Single and Family subscriptions are billed annually in Nigerian naira in every country: Single costs NGN 10,000 per year for one Mac; Family costs NGN 40,000 per year for up to six Macs. The amount and currency are shown before payment. Your bank may convert the charge and apply its own fees. Paystack processes the first payment and scheduled annual renewals. Monthly plans are not available for new purchases. Existing subscriptions retain their original stored plan and price, including any existing monthly plan. Cancellation, payment issues and refunds Cancellation stops future scheduled renewals. Access continues for the paid period; the service currently permits a three-day subscription grace window. Cancellation by itself does not issue a refund. A failed renewal can leave the subscription past due, and paid features become unavailable after the entitlement period and configured grace expire. The free scan remains available. Hoolio Devs Limited offers a full refund of your first spacerecover subscription purchase when you request it within 14 calendar days of payment. Email spacebackapp@gmail.com from your billing email with your payment reference and purchase date. You may explain the problem so we can help, but a reason is not required for this first-purchase refund. Do not send passwords, license tokens or complete card details. Duplicate or incorrect charges are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate or incorrect amount. Outside the first-purchase guarantee, we do not provide a partial refund for a used subscription period solely because you cancel or stop using the app, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. Renewal charges are not covered by the first-purchase guarantee; statutory rights and refunds for duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized or legally defective charges remain unaffected. Refund requests are reviewed and processed manually through Paystack. We confirm the request outcome by email. An approved refund returns through the original payment route where supported; payment-provider and bank processing times apply. Paid entitlement funded by a refunded purchase is withdrawn, and its future renewals must be stopped. Already issued offline tokens can remain usable until they expire. Cancel before the next renewal through subscription management or email support for help. Once cancellation is confirmed, no future scheduled renewal should be charged; access continues to the end of the paid period unless refunded. If a charge occurs after a confirmed cancellation, contact support for investigation and a full refund of that incorrect charge. Provider-hosted subscription management can update the payment method or cancel renewals. This voluntary 14-day guarantee is additional to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits remedies for defective or misdescribed services, unauthorized charges, or other rights under applicable law, including Nigeria's Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. You may seek redress from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or the competent authority where you live. Activation, transfers and offline use Mac activations are bound to installation identifiers and the plan's device-seat limit. Supported device management frees a seat or transfers an activation. Signed offline tokens expire and require refresh; the current default token window is thirty days and never outlives the subscription period plus configured grace. Removal or revocation cannot instantly invalidate an already issued token on a disconnected device. A valid license key can reactivate an eligible paid subscription after reinstalling. Privacy and bundled software Review our privacy policy for local processing, licensing, payment records and website services. Third-party software notices and applicable source access accompany released packages. Mac version 0.1.0 includes FFmpeg 9.0.2, copyright (c) 2000–2026 the FFmpeg developers, under LGPL 2.1 or later. The app includes its license notices, corresponding source and build instructions. The same source package is also available through the FFmpeg source and build instructions link below; the FFmpeg project link identifies the upstream project. Operating-system, cloud and payment services have their own applicable terms. Using the service and getting help Use spacerecover only for files, devices and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not bypass licensing, interfere with the service or misuse another person's information. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement, a parent, guardian or authorized organization must make the purchase and supervise use as applicable. We provide support at spacebackapp@gmail.com. Include your app version and a description of the issue; include your billing email and payment reference for subscription requests. Never send passwords, complete card details or license tokens. Response time depends on the request and available support capacity; these terms do not promise a fixed response deadline. We do not guarantee a particular amount of storage savings or recovery of content already permanently deleted. This does not exclude legal guarantees, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer protections where applicable law does not permit that limit. Contact us first to resolve a complaint. Nigerian law applies to this agreement subject to mandatory protections and remedies available where you live; this choice does not take away those protections or prevent you from contacting a competent regulator or court. We publish changes with an effective date and notify existing customers of material changes through an appropriate service notice or email. Mandatory rights and already accrued refund claims remain unaffected.
